4 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thick
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground paprika
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
1. Preheat an Royal Gourmet®’s grill for medium heat, and oil the cooking grates first.
2. Mix salt, black pepper, onion powder, paprika and liquid smoke flavoring together in a small bowl. Season all sides of the pork chops with the sauce. And place them on the cooking grates.
3. Grill the pork chops until the display of an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the center of the pork is at least 145 degrees F.
4. Serve it with other ready-made sauces or side dishes as you like
Tips: Aluminium foil can be used to cook pork chops evenly and keep its flavor.
