RECIPE

Fruit

INTRODUCTION

Prepare yourself for some sweet deserts or side dishes with fresh fruits before the main dinner. Grilled peach doesn't get more simple and more tasty for the taste, thanks to its well-intensified sweetness and enhanced juiceness cooked after the grill. Take some flush and ripe peaches to start!

1 pound ripe peach
canola oil
some vanilla ice cream
some maple syrup and bourbon (optional)

1

Slice through the center of peaches into halves using a sharp knife. Twist each half into opposite directions and remove the pit.

2

Preheat the grill to a medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

3

Brush some canola oil on the flesh side of peach halves and put them on the grill with flesh side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes on a direct heat, until they are caramalized on the surface and there are grill marks appeared.

4

Brush the other side of halves and flip them over, move them to an indirect cooking zone for another 5 minutes.

5

Take out the peach out on a platter; mix the maple syrup and bourbon and brush the mixture on it. Top each half with vanilla ice cream balls. Serve warm.

NotePad

If your peaches are fresh and perfect, then I recommend simple grilling with no adds to ensure its most original taste.
