Lamb Kofta Kebabs

I am not a big fan of lamb, however, the flavorful lamb kofta kebabs really got me. Usually, lamb comes with a strong flavor that someone may not like. With the help of different spices, the kofta kebabs are becoming full of amazing flavors.

If you are looking for some exotic recipe for your backyard party, this is a perfect option. With the effects from grill, lamb has got that unique smokey flavor which will definitely make everyone’s mouth watering.

As for me, lamb kofta kebab is the best way to enjoy lamb. People might think it’s difficult to make the kebabs at home, which as a matter of fact is not true. I tried several times in making lamb kofta kebabs with my grill, and every time it turned out well.

In a large bowl, add all the ingredients together. In order to avoid the chunky taste from garlic, you can either chop it really finely or mash it on a cutting board until the garlic becomes paste.

Have every ingredient blended well, either with your hands or with a blender.

While the meat is well mixed with spices, put it aside for at least 30 minutes, so that flavors can get through the lamb.

Preheat your grill meanwhile. Either Royal Gourmet’s gas or charcoal grills work fine in grilling lamb kofta kebabs, though the charcoal one will bring more smokey flavors.

Take the Royal Gourmet stainless steel skewers, press and shape the meat on skewers.

While the grill is nice and hot, lightly oil the grill grates. Place the lamb skewers on grates over medium high heat. Grill 8-10 minutes or until they reach the desired doneness, turning occasionally.

The lamb kofta kebabs are quickly done and all you need to do is to enjoy!

The beautiful char marks and mouthwatering smell make the kebabs really tempting. As long as you bite it, you are immediately transferred to the Mediterranean area.

As for a meat lover like me, I will finish the flavorful meat in no time, while you can also have them with bread or salad. However you eat the meal, it is always a pleasure!
