INTRODUCTION

Chickens wings are among the top popular meat for most grilling activities. Easy to grill, while delicious to taste with their tender, moist texture, I am sure you will get nothing more wonderful on the world than enjoying a bit of wings on a sunny afternoon in your backyard.

10 chicken wings
1/2 cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
3 tsp thyme
1/3 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar

1

Mix the salt, sugar and some olive oil together in a small box, and brush the mixture evenly over the chicken wings until they get finely coated. Set aside for 15 minutes to marinate.

2

Preheat the grill to a medium heat, about 350°F.

3

During the preheating time you can prepare for the lemon sauce: into a skillet put the minced garlic and sprinkle some salt, heat them together so that the garlic become aromatic. Turn off the fire. When they cool down, mix the garlic, oil, thyme and lemon juice into a glass bowl.

4

Grill the chicken wings on the grill and roast for about 5 minutes each side, a total of 10 minutes. Then take the wings out, and brush them with lemon juice and return back to grill for another 15 minutes. At the last 10 minutes baste the wings again.

5

When wings are done, coat them with remaining sauce and serve warm.

NotePad

You can cut a slit lengthwise on the either side of the chicken wing so that it can get marinated and grilled for less time.

Wings are tender and can be easily over charred on the grill, so you'd better keep an eye on them when grilling and keep flipping them when they get darkened. If some are so, move them to the cooler part of the grill.
